We love to get our food to-go &amp; walk around Chastain Park, or they have a large patio with tons of seating (&amp; a fire pit) for a slower morning! <a href="https://www.buttermilkkitchen.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Buttermilk Kitchen</a>A staple Atlanta breakfast spot with delicious (&amp; huge!) southern biscuits. They take limited reservations, but otherwise - expect a wait (it's worth it)! <a href="https://www.brooklynbagel-deli.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Brooklyn Bagel</a>As close as you can get to a New Jersey bagel in Atlanta! Super casual spot for a quick bagel or breakfast sandwich. <a href="https://www.littlerey.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Little Rey</a>Owned by the same group as Superica - Little Rey is a fast-casual Mexican spot - amazing tacos (&amp; they are known for their al carbón chicken). On Saturdays &amp; Sundays, Little Rey has breakfast (breakfast tacos, huevos rancheros, etc.) - and the pancakes are a MUST! <a href="https://www.henrisbakery.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Henri's Bakery</a>An iconic Atlanta bakery &amp; deli! Henri's is one of our go-to lunch spots (&amp; they also make a delicious breakfast sandwich). We'd recommend the roast beef or turkey po-boy - but you really can't go wrong. Definitely make sure to get some of their famous shortbread cookies - you will not regret it! <a href="https://www.grindhouseburgers.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Grindhouse Killer Burgers</a>A casual counter-service spot known for its delicious burgers, fries, and the best fried pickles. A great place for a quick, satisfying lunch! <a href="https://heirloommarketbbq.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Heirloom Market BBQ</a>Michelin-recommended BBQ with a unique Korean twist - order online for pick-up &amp; takeaway, or they have a patio with standing tables. Heirloom is our go-to BBQ spot - and you have to get the mac &amp; cheese!

<a href="https://www.delbaratl.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Delbar</a>Our favorite Atlanta restaurant!!! Amazing cocktails &amp; great shareable dishes. There are two locations in Atlanta, one in the heart of Buckhead &amp; another in Inman Park - both are equally great! <a href="https://www.lecolonial.com/atlanta/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Le Colonial</a>Located in Buckhead Village, Le Colonial is another one of our favorite restaurants. They have Happy Hour every night until 7PM in their lounge (&amp; they make the best Lychee Martini)! <a href="https://yeppaco.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Yeppa &amp; Co.</a>Yeppa is also located in Buckhead Village and focuses on fresh pasta, seafood, and shareable plates. It's a vibrant spot for great food, drinks, and a super welcoming atmosphere. <a href="https://superica.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Superica</a>With several locations around the city, Superica is an Atlanta staple for Mexican food. They have the best chips, salsa, queso &amp; margaritas - and you can't go wrong with any of the entrées. It's a very popular spot &amp; they do not take reservations, so be prepared to wait! <a href="https://www.varuni.us/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Varuni Napoli</a>Counter-service Neapolitan-style pizzeria known for its authentic, wood-fired pizzas made with super fresh, high-quality ingredients. One of our favorite casual spots to enjoy delicious pizza &amp; wine! <a href="https://eightsushiatl.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Eight Sushi Lounge</a>One of our first (&amp; favorite!) date night spots in Atlanta! Eight offers some of the freshest sushi in Atlanta and is located in West Midtown - a great area with tons of restaurants and bars.

Activities

Atlanta Beltline

The Beltline is a 22-mile loop of trails and parks around Atlanta and connects 45 neighborhoods around the city. We recommend entering the Beltline around Piedmont Park (around 985 Monroe Dr NE) and walking towards Krog Street Market for an enjoyable 2-mile walk. You'll pass Ponce City Market, in addition to tons of local restaurants, bars &amp; shops along the way. <a href="https://poncecitymarket.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Ponce City Market</a> <a href="https://www.thekrogdistrict.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Krog Street Market</a>

Chastain Park

Chastain Park has a great 2.5-mile loop that’s perfect for an easy walk. Start by grabbing a coffee or biscuit at The Chastain (trust us, it’s worth it), then head out on the trail that wraps around the park. It’s a great spot to get some fresh air, people-watch, and enjoy one of the prettiest areas in Buckhead!

The Battery

The Battery has so much going on - tons of restaurants, bars, shops, and fun things to do, all wrapped around the Braves’ stadium. It’s perfect if you’re into baseball, but even if you’re not, it’s a great place to wander around, grab food, or just hang out. Super lively, especially on game days!

The Painted Pickle & The Painted Pin

If you want something more active, The Painted Pickle and The Painted Pin are both great picks. The Painted Pickle has indoor pickleball courts plus really good food and drinks, and The Painted Pin is a boutique bowling spot with lots of games and a fun vibe. Ideal for groups or anyone who wants to play a little while they hang out.
