The attire is formal. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a suit and tie (tuxedos are welcome if you’re feeling fancy!), and ladies are welcome to wear any formal dress that you love!

Yes! Transportation will be provided from all hotel blocks to and from the wedding day events. We will also have transportation for local guests from Christ the King to Summerour Studio. For those who prefer to drive, there is ample parking available at both the church and the reception venue - just please plan to be responsible!

If you are staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites, please be ready for pickup at 5:00PM. Guests staying at The Tess & The Kimpton will be picked up at The Tess, which is directly across the street from The Kimpton at 5:15PM.

Please plan to arrive at the ceremony at least 10 minutes early. The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 PM, and we’d love for everyone to be seated and settled before we start!

The ceremony and reception will take place indoors, so there’s no need to worry about the weather. Cocktail hour may be held outdoors; however, in the event of inclement weather, we have alternate plans in place. No matter what, the celebration will go on comfortably - rain or shine!

Due to space limitations, invitations are limited to the names listed on your invitation. We will have assigned seating at the reception and unfortunately are unable to accommodate additional guests or children. Thank you so much for understanding - we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
